This coverage protects contractors against claims for third-party bodily injury, property damage or cleanup costs/environmental damages arising from pollution conditions caused in the performance of covered operations by or on behalf of the insured.

Contractors purchasing this coverage include (but not limited to) Fire and Water Cleaning and Restoration, Electrical, Excavation, Demolition, Concrete, Insulation, Carpentry or Framing, Roofing, Landscape, Painting, Road & Paving, Highway Construction, Plumbing, HVAC and Drywall Contractors.

Coverage can be written stand alone, or as a combination package including Commercial General Liability.
